The first thing we say to our clients is that our price is higher than the market regular price. Then the question arises “Why the price is high?”. We tell our clients we maintain the quality of our product ensuring high-quality timber, quality seasoning, quality manufacturing using special types of equipment, and quality service.

Then we invite our customers to visit our factory to inspect the seasoning chamber physically, and the special types of equipment we use to make a door and frame which is completely unique and is not available in Bangladesh.
The Seasoning Chamber:
The second question arises about the seasoning. If we don’t maintain standard moisture content the timber may bent, crack or twist. The standard content is if we have moisture inside the wood below 14%. We have a machine to measure this moisture content. We show our clients practically what the moisture content is in a piece of timber holding in his hand. Then we show them other automatic machines which are usually used to make all the parts of a door.
The Finishing Plant:
Then come to the finishing machine. We have three different kinds of finishing machines. One is a hand sander which is used to finish the engraved designs of flowers on a door. The second one is the Stock Sander which is used to polish the surface parts of the door and frame. And then, the giant machine is called the Roteray Brush Sander which does the profile sanding of the entire door.
The Polishing Plant:
Then polishing comes up. Before we do those, we have a huge machine called the 4-side auto plainer. We pass a wood through it, it automatically sizes all 4 sides of the timber in desired sizes. Make it easier for the other machines to use.
After we tell all these to our customers they get surprised and give us a strange expression and ask questions like, “Do you have to do all these things to make a quality door?”. Then I tell them, I forgot to tell you about our chemical treatment also. Then they tell us now we understand, why our price is high and I am really impressed and happy to be here.
